Established in 1985, the VoiceStream group of companies was founded in 1985 and is responsible for over one thousand employees. A privately held corporation, Helios was created in conjunction with several companies to provide offshore outsourcing & contact centre management services to them. With an experience of managing over one hundred 3rd party outsourcing processes and a combined experience of over 30 years, Helios boasts of a young, talented and dynamic management team, willing and capable to manage our clients’ business, no matter how big or small, the way we would, our own.
Paul Kopec, Chairman of Helios Outsourcing and Managing Director of the VoiceStream group of companies is a management graduate from one of Britain’s renowned institutions has a wealth of experience in international business having achieved many successes in the development of business in various countries around the world. With over 16 years of experience in the telecom service industry, Paul brings to Helios exceptional expertise and invaluable management principles.
Satz Moses, Managing Director of Helios is a graduate of Visual Communication and heads the five member executive team each of whom have had a key role to play in developing the company into one of the best outsourcing management firms that we are today. With his creative background and strong interpersonal skills, Satz is the driving force of the company and efficiently manages the functioning of the bpo unit on a day to day basis. |
